What materials are your pieces made from?

Our jewelry is crafted from solid 18K gold, 925 sterling silver, natural gemstones, and natural pearls. We do not use synthetic stones, lab-created materials, or artificial substitutes.

Our 18K gold is sourced from specialized manufacturers with different craftsmanship strengths, including:

• German high-hardness 18K gold for enhanced durability
• U.S. fine-crafted gold components with advanced bonding techniques
• Japanese multi-tone 18K gold made through unique color-stable alloy processes

For colored gemstones, we select stones with high clarity and vivid color. Gemstones over 1 carat include an independent certificate for authenticity and quality.

What is your diamond quality?

We only use natural diamonds. All of our diamonds are graded H color or better, with VVS clarity or higher, ensuring excellent brilliance and transparency.

Are your pieces handcrafted?

Yes. Each piece is fully handcrafted by skilled artisans. From shaping the 18K gold to setting every gemstone, all steps are completed by hand rather than automated processes.

This approach ensures precision, comfort, and the subtle details that only true craftsmanship can achieve.

Are your pieces safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewelry is free from nickel and harsh alloys. 18K gold, 925 sterling silver, and natural gemstones are generally suitable for sensitive skin. If you know your skin is highly reactive, we recommend testing short wear periods.

Do your pieces tarnish?

Solid 18K gold does not tarnish. Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time, which can be easily cleaned and minimized with proper care and storage.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

For orders over $10,000, a 5% restocking fee applies due to material and handling requirements.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order after your return is processed.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer exchanges. All requests are processed as returns. A new order can be placed once your refund has been issued.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships within the United States, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow the link in that email to view the current delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. All orders include our signature gift packaging at no additional cost, making each piece ready to gift the moment it arrives.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To preserve your jewelry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals, and remove pieces before swimming, showering, or exercising.
