These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the ZORENIL website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Orders & Availability

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or incorrect pricing).

In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the affected item.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or our authorized payment partners. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

3. Shipping

ZORENIL currently ships within the United States only. Shipping methods, timelines, and fees are described on our Shipping & Delivery page and at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by ZORENIL. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ZORENIL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4. Returns

Returns must follow our official Return Policy. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to all eligibility requirements described there.

Orders with a total value over $10,000 USD are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns—items sent without approval through our return request process—may not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

6. Warranty

ZORENIL offers a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or modifications performed by third parties.

Warranty claims must be submitted by email with photos and order information. Full details are available on our Warranty page.

7. Repairs

Repair services are available only for authentic ZORENIL jewelry. Items purchased from other brands or modified by third-party jewelers are not eligible for repair.

All shipping costs related to repairs are the customer’s responsibility unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed by ZORENIL after inspection.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, text, logos, product designs, and layout—is owned by or licensed to ZORENIL. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, materials, and pricing are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct such errors at any time.

Jewelry materials, including natural gemstones and pearls, may vary slightly in color, inclusions, or appearance due to their natural characteristics.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZORENIL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
