What is covered by warranty?

We are committed to providing high-quality fine jewelry made to last. ZORENIL offers a two-year warranty from the date your order is delivered, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Examples of issues that may be covered include:

  • Loose or missing stones due to a setting or prong defect
  • Broken clasps or jump rings caused by manufacturing issues
  • Visible structural flaws in the metal that appear under normal wear

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and minor surface marks
  • Tarnishing or discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, water, cosmetics, or perfume
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, impact, or excessive force
  • Repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by third-party jewelers
  • Items altered from their original design after purchase

Warranty applies only to original ZORENIL pieces purchased from our official website or authorized channels.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

We do not use an online form for warranty claims. To submit a claim, please contact us directly by email and include clear details and photos of the issue.

Please email your warranty request to:
support@zorenil.com

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Order number and date of purchase
  • Item name or description
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos (including close-ups of the area of concern)

Important:

  • If your warranty claim is accepted, you may be asked to send the item back for inspection.
  • If the item is still available and your claim is approved, ZORENIL may repair or replace it.
  • If the item is discontinued or unavailable, ZORENIL may issue store credit or an alternative resolution.
  • Items purchased from third-party vendors are subject to their own policies. ZORENIL cannot process warranty claims for such items.
  • Work performed by third-party repair services may void your warranty.
  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with submitting a warranty claim — including sending the item to ZORENIL for inspection and receiving it back — are the customer's responsibility. ZORENIL does not cover warranty-related shipping fees unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is verified after inspection.
