If your jewelry is damaged or requires attention outside of our warranty coverage, ZORENIL offers a dedicated repair service to help restore your piece.

What qualifies for a repair?

Repairs apply to issues that are not covered by our two-year warranty. Common examples include:

  • Surface scratches or visible wear
  • Broken chains or clasps caused by daily use
  • Bent or misshapen components
  • Stone tightening for pieces worn over time
  • Damage caused by impact, pressure, or accidental handling

Repair services are available for authentic ZORENIL pieces only.

How to request a repair

Since we do not use an online repair form, please contact our team directly. Include clear photos of your jewelry and a brief description of the issue.

Repair pricing

Repair pricing varies depending on the materials and extent of damage. Once we receive your photos, our team will provide:

  • An assessment of whether the issue is repairable
  • A repair quote
  • An estimated timeline for the service

Repairs begin only after the quote has been approved by the customer.

Shipping costs

All shipping costs associated with repair services—including sending the item in for evaluation and receiving it back—are the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure the jewelry is securely packaged before shipping. ZORENIL is not responsible for damage or loss occurring in transit.

If the piece is not repairable

If our team determines that a repair is not possible due to material limitations or the extent of the damage, we will notify you with alternative solutions when available.

Our goal is always to help restore your ZORENIL piece whenever possible.
