What is your standard return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in new, unworn condition with no scratches, dents, or visible signs of wear
  • Include all original packaging, such as the jewelry box, pouch, certificates, and accessories
  • Be returned as a complete set for any multi-piece sets (no partial returns)
  • Be returned from within the United States; we currently only process domestic returns

For orders with a total value over $10,000 USD, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund due to the material value and handling required for high-value pieces.

Certain items are non-returnable, including engraved or personalized pieces, custom orders, final sale items, and any items that were not purchased from ZORENIL.

How do I start a return?

All returns must be requested through our online return form. We do not accept packages sent back without prior approval.

  1. Go to our Return Request page.
  2. Enter your order number, email address, and required details.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will email you a return label and instructions.

Please wait for our confirmation email before shipping anything back to us.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, gifts can be returned as long as they meet our standard return conditions and are within the 7-day return window.

When filling out the return form, please provide the order number (if available) and the email address used at checkout. Refunds for gifts are typically issued to the original payment method, or as store credit where applicable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. After approval, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What is your exchange policy? Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different piece, please submit a return for your original order and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

How should I package my return?

To ensure your jewelry arrives safely:

  • Place each piece in its original jewelry box or pouch.
  • Include all original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
  • Use a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding around the jewelry box.
  • Securely seal the package and attach the provided return label.

We recommend dropping off the parcel at the carrier location and keeping the drop-off receipt until your return is fully processed.

I mistakenly returned the wrong item. What should I do?

Please double-check your return package before shipping. Items that were not purchased from ZORENIL cannot be processed as returns, and no refund can be issued for such items.

To protect both you and our team, all return packages are documented and photographed upon opening. This ensures transparency and helps prevent misunderstandings about the condition or identity of the returned item.

If you believe there has been a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details, and our team will assist you.
