This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly from ZORENIL through our official website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

ZORENIL accepts returns within 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. Returns requested or received outside this window may not be accepted.

We currently process returns within the United States only. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are not eligible for return under this policy.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items are in new, unworn condition, without scratches, dents, discoloration, or signs of wear.
  • Items are free from sizing, alterations, or modifications performed after purchase.
  • Items are returned with all original packaging, including jewelry box, pouch, certificates, and any accessories included in the original order.
  • For multi-piece sets, items are returned as a complete set. Partial returns of individual pieces from a set are not accepted.
  • Items are returned from the same country in which they were originally shipped (United States only).

ZORENIL reserves the right to inspect all returned items. If an item does not meet the above criteria, the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.

3. High-Value Orders & Restocking Fee

For orders with a total value over $10,000 USD, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee reflects the material value, insurance, and handling required for high-value fine jewelry.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Engraved, personalized, or custom-made jewelry
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned without required original packaging or documentation
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Any item that was not purchased directly from ZORENIL

5. Exchanges

ZORENIL does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must:

  • Submit a return request and have your original order refunded (if approved), then
  • Place a new order for the desired item.

6. How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be initiated through our online return form. Unsolicited or unauthorized packages sent to us without prior approval may not be processed.

  1. Visit our Return Request page.
  2. Provide your order number, email address, and required information.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. If your return is approved, you will receive a return label and specific packing instructions by email.

Please do not ship any items back until you receive a confirmation and instructions from ZORENIL.

7. Return Shipping & Original Shipping Fees

When a prepaid return label is provided by ZORENIL, any applicable return shipping costs or fees may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or communication.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of confirmed shipping error or defective items as determined by ZORENIL.

8. Packaging & Risk During Transit

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged for return shipment:

  • Place each jewelry piece in its original box or pouch.
  • Use a sturdy outer shipping box and adequate padding.
  • Securely seal the package and affix the return label as instructed.

ZORENIL is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transit due to improper packaging or handling prior to carrier acceptance.

9. Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment only.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it typically takes 5–10 business days from the time your refund is issued for it to appear on your statement.

For high-value orders over $10,000 USD, the applicable 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

10. Incorrect Items Returned

Items that were not purchased from ZORENIL cannot be processed as returns, and no refund will be issued for such items. Please carefully check the contents of your return package before shipping.

To protect both you and our team, return packages are documented and photographed upon opening. This process is in place to ensure transparency regarding the condition and identity of items received.

11. Defective or Incorrect Items Received

If you believe you have received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Subject to inspection and verification, ZORENIL may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

12. Policy Changes

ZORENIL reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the revised policy is posted on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically before placing an order.
